Birth
Investment : $1400
This includes 2 prenatal visits, labour and delivery support, and 1 postpartum visit. At a prenatal visit we discuss/create your birth plan, talk about any questions or concerns you may have, introduce a Spinning Babies daily practice to prepare your body and practice labour positions. For labour and delivery, you can call on me to be by your side as soon as you would like me there once labour starts and I will be there until after delivery. At your postpartum visit we discuss your labour and delivery, answer any questions you may have and/or provide you resources, and I will give you my notes and any pictures if you have requested them to be taken.
Postpartum
Investment : $38/hour
The goal of Postpartum support is to make bringing your new baby home as stress-free as possible and that looks different from family to family. I can support with anything from breastfeeding and newborn care to meal prep, light housekeeping and sibling support and anything in between.
Overnight Postpartum
Investment : $38/hour
These are typically, but not always, 8 hour shifts to help parents recover some of the sleep lost during pregnancy, labour, and delivery. Again, this looks different from family to family. If your baby is breastfed, I take care of any diaper changes, soothing, etcetera and bring baby to you to feed, with support as needed, so that you do not have to get up. If your baby is bottle fed, I can take care of everything and you can get a full night's sleep. If you are pumping, I collect and store any milk right from your bedside or room, clean and properly sanitize anything used and return it to you for your next pump.
Birth & Postpartum Package
Investment : $1700
This package includes 2 prenatal visits, labour and delivery, and 16 hours of postpartum support. At a prenatal visit we discuss/create your birth plan, talk about any questions or concerns you may have, introduce a Spinning Babies daily practice to prepare your body, practice labour positions, and prepare you for breastfeeding. For labour and delivery, you can call on me to be by your side as soon as you would like me there once labour starts and I will be there until after delivery. The 16 hours of postpartum can be used as overnights or day shifts and must be used within baby’s first 6 weeks.
